With a View to fulfilling a great need for Professional Management in our Country, SGCCI caters to persons who wish to acuire professional qualifications by studying for this specialised course.

Eligibility of candidates
Following Persons are eligible for registration -
a) Working Executives.
b) Entrepreneurs.
c) Graduates.
d) Undergraduates with Experience.
e) Knowledge of English is Desirable.

In Case student fails or has to repeat the final exam, re- examination fee

Examination Schedule
Group I exam will be conducted 3 months from commencement of course.
Group II exam will be conducted around 6 months from the commencement of course.
The course duration will be seven months plus one month to project work.
Classes will be held from 18.30 hrs to 20.30 hrs.
The course will be divided into two groups of three months each.
For each subject, there will be one internal test a month.

Evaluation
Internal Tests : 30 Marks
Assignment and Presentations : 20 Marks
Final Exam : 50 Marks

Efficiency Standard
The Following are the minimum grade marks fixed by the Chamber in respect of Diploma in Marketing Management :
40 % Marks in each subject for passing.
50 % Marks of the total for Second Class.
60 % Marks of the total for First Class.
Note :
If a candidate secures less than 40 % marks in any subject(s), he/she will have to appear in those subjects only.
